Gramercy Park is one of New York’s most historic and unique neighbourhoods. Centrally located on the EastSide, residents have the convenience of living downtown (Soho, Noho and the Village are just blocks away) coupled with a sophistication generally reserved for the toniest uptown neighbourhoods. This pristine area extends from 14th to 24th Street between Fifth and First Avenues.
